St. Luke School takes the responsibility of caring and nurturing your children very seriously. Our promise is to offer excellent academic programs that will ensure the best educational investment you can make for your children. Teaching Catholic religion and inspiring the development of our faith is not a value-added service but rather a foundation that is embedded in all class work and social interactions at the school.
We understand that an investment in a quality education can be a sacrifice for many families. Each year our Administration and School Board consider many factors when setting the tuition, including budget, curricular goals and impact on families. St. Luke strives to keep tuition reasonable for families while enabling the school to provide the best education possible for our students.
St. Luke School utilizes FACTS for the collection of all tuition payments. Automatic payments will be made by EFT withdrawal or credit card payment and are administered by FACTS. Payment arrangements must be finalized prior to July 1 to enroll in the new school year. A variety of payment plans are available for our families to choose from.
St. Luke School offers need-based tuition assistance to those families who value a Catholic education and need financial assistance to fulfill their tuition commitment.
All applications for tuition assistance for St. Luke are accepted through FACTS, our online payment management system and tuition assistance assessment service. In order for a family to be considered for any tuition assistance, the tuition assistance application must be filled out completely and requested forms must be submitted. Applications will be accepted between February 1st – April 15th, prior to the school year for which tuition assistance is requested. After this date, the ‘Grant & Aid’ section of FACTS will be closed. It can be opened to accommodate special circumstances if there are funds still available. Tuition assistance decisions and awards will be made no later than May 15th prior to the academic year for which assistance is requested. Submitting an application does not guarantee tuition assistance will be granted.
The actual tuition assistance amount awarded to a family is based upon a number of factors, primarily the information provided on the assistance application, but also the amount of tuition assistance available in the school budget. The amount of assistance awarded is unique to each family. Financial awards are effective for one school year and must be resubmitted on an annual basis. All existing financial commitments must be met in order to qualify for assistance for the following school year.
